He is an expert at what he does. He is a highly courageous individual, as seen by the numerous speeches and debates he has participated in and which the western media has covered.
He did a great job of articulating India's viewpoint and upholding its doctrine of strategic autonomy.
He is well-versed on the US, China, Russia, and Japan—the "big powers" that India seeks to balance.
I'll provide an example from today.
As of right now, the United States has agreed to equip Pakistan's F-16 fighter aircraft fleet, often known as the "Terror state."
As might be expected, India was not thrilled with this at all and publicly voiced its worries to the globe, but the transaction continued.
Therefore, Dr. S. Jaishankar was currently heading India on a 10-day journey to the recent United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) meeting in New York, USA.
When he was questioned about the US plan to transfer the F-16 package to Pakistan, he was interacting with members of the Indian diaspora in Washington.
He answered,
"For someone to say I'm doing this (selling an upgraded F-16 to Pakistan) because it's all anti-terrorism material and when you're talking about an aircraft like the F-16 where everyone knows, you know where they are.
Like this reaction, Dr. Jaishankar repeatedly took a firm stance toward the West, and this will undoubtedly explain why he is one of the greatest and why the entire world admires him as a diplomat who acts in accordance with his country's national interests.

After the conflict between Ukraine and Russia, why is Europe now hostile to India?
Simply put: Because the Indian government is showing the world who they really are.
One of the numerous things mentioned by Mr. S. Jaishankar, our foreign minister:
In Asia, things have changed during the past ten years. Europe may not have given it any thought. Therefore, he continued, "This might be a wake-up call for Europe, not just in Europe, but for Europe to also look at Asia.
Like in previous international crises, they (the west) assumed the role of peacekeeper and claimed that "India" or the east was the source of the issue. The Indian government is this time giving the world the truth, and These things are indigestible to (the west).
They dislike our autonomous foreign policy as well. They anticipated that we would follow their lead, but India disagreed.
