How Do I Create an AWS Support Ticket? 

Account and billing support as well as technical support are both offered by AWS Support. Please file a case using the guidelines below to get in touch with them: 



1)Register with the AWS Console

2)Click Help in the top right corner, then choose Support. 

3)Click the "Open a new case" link in the blue box. 

4)Choose the issue that your lawsuit addresses and enter the necessary information. 

6)To submit your case, choose a form of communication. 

7)An AWS Support representative will help you from there.

Enhancing Case Management 

Your central location for managing AWS Support cases is the support centre. Up to ten requests for service limit increases (for a single service) can now be combined into a single case, and you can quickly sort your cases by type, severity, and status. You can even initiate a service limit increase case for some services directly through the Trusted Advisor:



Customers who have the Business and Enterprise support tiers can request a callback at any phone number. Additionally, they have the option of chatting with a Support Engineer. Customers on the enterprise level can even communicate directly with their assigned Technical Account Manager (TAM):

Dear Amazon it is my pleasure to get this opportunity to learn Cloud in your huge platform. I am very thankful to you as you are providing this platform free of cost to community and students like me. I learned a lot about Cloud Computing and Big Data, because of Amazon I will touch my goal to be a Big Data specialist. But get surprised when I see billing section of my AWS account, I found that the bill amount is too high (6157 INR), as I am student and in the learning period so I don’t have any recourses to earn money so I am not capable to pay the bill. The maximum charged amount of my bill amount is due to Data Transfer about which I was unaware, it was attack on my instance.
So its my request to you Kindly wave off my bill.
